I am an international Yoga Instructor, with students around the world who now share my love of teaching Shakti Yoga Dances. My job & my joy are to empower you to grow your creativity, Emotional Intelligence, and confidence in mat magic to life magic. I have an E- RYT-500 credential from YA, an MA in dance from UCLA, and presently teach from my Daily Breath Yoga School, as well as a local studio, plus Shakti Yoga Dance, and modern jazz at Wellesley College.
